Quick question I just bought a x10 to replace my c6300. Can I turn off the wifi on the c6300 and connect the x10 into the c6300? Or should I buy a modem? If i have to buy a modem what would be the best option? Thank you for all your help in advance!

Re: Moving from C6300 to X10
Configure the C6300 for modem only mode then connect the R9000 router to the modem. Can configure same SSID name and Password used on the modem on the R9000 router.

Re: Moving from C6300 to X10
You'll need to look at the user manual for your modem and find the setting that sets the modem to modem only mode or turns OFF router mode.

Once this is done, then connect the r9000 router to the modem and install it using it's installation guide or user manual.
