Multiple VPN connection

The device documentation says that it can support 4 concurrent connections for VPN. I have it configured with DDNS when I export the config for Open VPN it exports the same config file (client1.ovpn) each time and only one user can connnect at a time. I am unable to create multiple users on the device or change the config file that I have found. Help Please!
