My C7000 v2 is allowing me to search in a browser but doesn't let me open any applications.
Recently I have been unable to open any application including microsoft store, even though I can preform speed tests and browse the internet. I have the same problem on another computer wired up to the same router. Im unsure if it is my ISP that is faulty or my router, I have spent nearly 12 hours in the past week trying to understand the issue. Right now my download speed light on my router is blinking, im unsure if that has anything to do.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Cable Modem products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Cable modems and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

Thank you.

Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
That'll tell us about your connection to the ISP .
