My Nighthawk x10 (R9000) wifi lights is not working. Only 6ghz?

Hi, I have a netgear R9000 and the 2.4 ghz and 5ghz lights are not lit up on the router. I have done multiple resets and factory resets and still nothing. Both radios are turned on so I don't know the issue could be. Definitely some help with this

Turned on how?

I assume that you have checked the WiFi On/Off button LED on the device. This would not be the first time that someone has accidentally turned off their wifi.

Yes, I have checked the led it's on and I have pressed the Wi-Fi button to turn the 2.4 and 5ghz on but the only wifi light that's on is the 60ghz light. I went to the routers log in page and there are red x's by both 2.4 and 5ghz and it says both radios are on but my phone can't pick them up. I have re-flashed the FW and done a factory reset and still nothing.

What firmware version do you have on the device?

A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.

It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?

Firmware Version is 1.0. 5.18.
It's a Nighthawk x10 R9000. The modem that I'm using is a Arris modem by xfinity. It's also a router as well but it's in bridge mode so the wifi is disabled on it. I really don't understand why the R9000 is doing this? The only Wi-Fi light that's on is the 60ghz light. The power light and others are fine. Just the 2.4ghz and 5ghz lights are not lit up

That is the latest firmware.

Did this behaviour start after you installed that firmware? Have you tried using something earlier? Or even rewriting the latest version?

That was what I was asking for. Some devices are easier to "bridge" than others, but I don't see how the mode would affect the wifi on the R9000 router.

Yeah I tried a different firmware and still nothing. As soon as I received the router and plugged it up that's when it started
