My network disappeared and I can't get into the app

So, my WIFI router only works when I plug it directly into a laptop. But we cannot find the networks anywhere (phones, TVs, laptops). I can't log into the app because it says it cann't find the router and I'm not on the Internet (because of no Wi-fi). So, what do I do?

I have already checked the Internet provider. They have reset the modum 3 times and I have plugged in and all is right in that world with Internet access.

My lights are not red on the Internet modum and they are not red on the WIFI router either.

I have looked up in multiple places and my SSID used to be enabled and I never disabled it. If it was mysteriously disabled, I have no way into the app to re-enable it. Any suggestions?? Help...please. 😉 Thanks!

   That's an R8900?

What, exactly, did you connect to what, exactly?  When dealing with
devices which have multiple Ethernet ports, it's helpful to specify
which port on each device is connected to which port on the other
device.

What are all the connections to the R8900?

Which "the networks"?  Are you talking about the wireless-network
SSIDs?

"can't" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say what
you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions with their actual results (error messages, LED
indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
interpretations.

What, exactly, does "the app" mean to you?  _What_, exactly, says "it
cann't find the router", and what, exactly, was the actual error message
which you got (from something?) when you did whatever it was that you
did?

What is your "the Internet [modem]" (MOdulator/DEModulator)?  "not
red" is not a very detailed description of the LED indicators on either
device.  Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number,
and look for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Read.  Look for
"Table 1. LED descriptions".  Did you press the "WiFi On/Off button with
LED"?

"looked up" _what_, in what kinds of "multiple places"?

> [...] my SSID used to be enabled and I never disabled it. [...]

   Perhaps.

> [...] If it was mysteriously disabled, [...]

Reading the User Manual can resolve many mysteries.
