My router shutting off multiple times at day

1.what router is it? 

2. what firmware is on that router? 

3. what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

4. Does the wifi drop, do wired devices drop, does it say "connected, no internet", what actually happens? 

5. what fixes the issue?

6. What have you tried doing for fixing it?
