My R8000 stopped working. Top 5 LEDs flash then alternate to bottom 4 buttons flash. I have attempted to reset several times but nothing happens, LEDs just continue to flash.
When you say you did a reset. Did you hold the button in for 10 to 15 seconds or just give it a poke. Needs to held in for a period of time.
I pushed it in until I felt the click, held it for at least 15 seconds. Repeated the process at least 20 times to no avail.
