N450 help needed so much... Activating my modem with Comcast and wifi signal

Hi all,

I have problems with my N450, wifi router+modem and Comcast internet service.

1. I cannot activate my modem

A Comcast technician came over today and then said it is not syncing up with the service. Comcast said my box is fine, but it is not picking up a refresh signal. I did the troubleshooting that I found on Netgear support website, which I posted below.

2. After trying the trouble shooting, I cannot pick up wifi signal AT ALL.

All lights on green, but internet icon blinking green... Netgear technical support says they cannot help unless I buy another warranty...OMG this is so frustrating!! Can someone please help me with this? Thank you in advance! 😄

Have they tried connecting a different modem and check if the line is working from their end?
