Thank you Oxmz - looks like it's coming up...strange is (at least) the same date (Jul 16, 2019) for both builds in the Web UI:

Plex Version Update
[ ] Enable Automatic Plex New Version Update
Current Plex version: 1.16.0.1226-7eb2c8f6f Jul 16, 2019
New Plex version: 1.16.3.1402-22929c8a2 Jul 16, 2019

  Great! Just updated, but can't any difference from before. Any way to find out what are the new features enabled specifically for R9000?

    The update definitely gave back all the plex pass benefits which was lost the 1st of july
    If you do not have a Subscription you probably will not see any difference as you would not have access to live TV or DVR and more

Hello,

Thank you for the update. I am very glad that updates of this core-feature on the router (well, the core is routing of course, but you know what I mean) are again flowing in on a regular base.

I sincerely hope that this process will continue to work as fluent as it was the last month and that we can expect further updates in due time.

I appreciate the effort.

  Oxmz any hints on the troubleshooting why the available update version is listed - with the automatic update ticked/enabled - but the update won't happen? Note: The R9000 in question does currently operate on a LB1120 on an average LTE link with private "public" IP address (like 100'000ands of mobile devices here).
  
  Disabled the automatic update, and trying a manual update ... says downloading now.

    Were you able to have it installed and running ?
    
    Still facing the "downloading now" message ?
