NIGHTHAWK R7000p not allowing cisco SPA509G phone to connect
I just purchased a Nighthawk R7000p WIFI router. Connecting to computers, phones, and printers works great. The issue I am having is it won't allow my cisco work phone to connect. It shows it is connected via the Nighthawk app, but on the router the port that the phone is connected to stay lit up red. I have tried all 4 ports and have the same issue with all of them. If I connect the phone directly to the modem, which is a Netgear CM600 it works fine or if i connect the phone to my spectrum WIFI router it works fine as well.
Is there a security setting I need to adjust on the Nighthawk WIFI router to allow the phone to connect?
Any help would be appreciated, Thank you

I will go in and check shortly and get back to you. Currently have my Spectrum WIFI router connected so i can still work. If it is disabled do you have any other recommendations I could try?
Thank you

Potentially putting the phone's ip address into the netgear's dmz.
