NIghthawk R7000 as repeater/extender

New location and R7900P is in a remote location with no wired access. Trying to setup as a repeater but cannot find repeater option under advanced tab. Is this not an option for me?

Repeater mode is not available for this model. Use Access Point if you can pull a cable. If no cable is possible, you can use powerline

Routing: NETGEAR R7800 - Voxel Firmware 1.0.2.88SF & Kamoj addon
Switching: 2x NETGEAR 8-ports (GS108v4) / 1x NETGEAR 16-ports (JGS516v2)
Desktop: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - Server: Intel Core i7-7700K - NAS: Intel Pentium G4400 - Cruncher: Intel Core i5-7400

Powerline lets you run ethernet connection over your home powerlines

Your subject says R7000 but then you talk about R7000P. They are not the same.

For the R7000, try WDS in the manual:

>>>> R7000 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<<

"The router can act as router a wireless base station or a wireless repeater in a wireless distribution system (WDS). A WDS expands a wireless network through multiple access points."

Is that what you want?

If it is the R7000P, then @microchip8 is spot on. Also with the Powerline Ethernet suggestion. I use that to fed an Orbi in AP mode:

Powerline Networking | Powerline Ethernet | NETGEAR

Uses the mains circuit instead of stringing LAN cables all over the place.

Just another user.

My network DM200 -> R7800 -> GS316 -> PL1000 -> Orbi RBR40 -> Orbi RBS50Y -> RBS40V
