Negear Nighthawk R8000P VPN service timesout after a few hours of usage

Hello everyone,

I am having small issue that I cannot figure out where the issues is coming from. Having turned on my VPN service within the Netgear Advanced settings. It works for a few hours and I can connect to it using my phone using the OpenVPN client app. However, there comes a moment of using that when I try to re-connect that I get a timeout. Please see OpenVPN log below...

Looking through my Nighthawk's logs I see no entry. It doesn't even get to that point. I am left scratching my head as to why this is occuring.

The only temporary fix that I do each and everyday (slightly annoying) that I turn off the VPN service and turn it back on and everything works just fine (for only a few hours then back to timeouts).

 

Can anyone recommend something that I should look into?
