Net gear app
So I just tried to log onto the app to check my orbi performance. Had it for over a year and been very impressed. I wanted to logon as the performance of the anti virus does not seem good at the moment.
I am then told to download netgear insight which I have to pay for and then when I try to activate it doesn't work. I work in software and the customer experience of this is terrible. I should just work automatically and also there should be a clear explanation of why I am having to pay for something which I was told was going to be free.
What is going on and any suggestions?
