Netgear AC1900 WPS Button Not Working
When I press the WPS button on my AC1900 router, it either stays solid with no change, or shuts down along with the Genie. In that case, both LEDs go dark and I have no WiFi. I know when pressing the WPS, the LED is supposed to blink and allows me to connect other devices to the router. But that's not happening. Any ideas? Thanks.

"AC1900" is a speed, not a model number. Look at the product label.
"R7000"? Other? Firmware version?

Not a router.

Are you pressing the "WPS button with LED" or the "WiFi On/Off button
with LED", or what?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot". Further reading might be helpful,

Which "Genie"? Ever helpful, Netgear uses the name "Genie" for more
than one thing. Netgear routers have a web-browser interface called
"Genie", and Netgear offers application programs for various
computers/tablets/phones, which are also called "Genie".
