Re: Netgear Data Collection

Probably not much can be done. If your not happy disable the QoS collection feature or go with something else. Not much can be done here in the forums about this. Contact NG support and let them know your concerns.

My Setup (Cable 1Gbps/50Mbps)>CM1200 v2.02.03(LAG Disabled)>RBK853 v3.2.17.12
RBK50 v2.7.2.104(WW) Circle Enabled
Additional NG HW: C7800/CM1100/CAX80/CM2000, Orbi CBK40, R7800, R7960P, EX7500/EX7700, XR450 and WNHDE111

Again, _nothing_ to do with the QoS feature.

Re: Netgear Data Collection

Even Microsoft keeps track of errors and problems in windows when the computer has a problem booting up if you are scared that someone may track your internet usage your isp's can do it and what the cookies that websites place on your computer when you visit them. In the digital age private information is a endangered idea.

Re: Netgear Data Collection

Most any tech company is now tracking data. Google, FB, all of them are tracking information. ISPs and shopping sites. This is now happening:
