Netgear Nighthawk AC1750 issue with connection to modem being lost
My router routinely loses connection with our Arris modem. The problem is usually resolved by powering off the router for a few minutes and then turning it back on. This is an annoyance, though. Any advice or similar experience out there? Thanks!

What model arris modem is it?
What model router is it? (hint, ac1750 is a speed)
what firmware is on the router?
how frequently does it happen?
Do all devices drop? or just wireless or wired?

Re: Netgear Nighthawk AC1750 issue with connection to modem being lost
I am having the same issue, its been happening since i updated tothe latest firmware last week.
I have a Motorola E31U2V1 modem supplied by Spectrum
Nighthawk AC1750 R6400v2 Router
firmware version v1.0.4.106
I am power cycling daily (sometimes 2x/day)
I dont have any wored devices, however my Spectrum app shows that my modem is connected. All wireless devices drop.
I find it coincidental that the issues began the day i upgraded firmware on the router, but Netgear wont allow my to contact support without paying for it.
Thanks for the help!

@jcbrooks24 did you try a factory reset?
Try that and if it doesn't help, please start your own thread so your details don't get confused with the OP's.
