After "Hello", I don't know what you are talking about. Perhaps no one does. Who are "they", and what, exactly, did "they" ask? Who do you think that "you" is? This is a user forum, not Netgear support. "Flash" which "firmware" to what, so that _who_ can "upload" what kind of "a setting" to what?
