Netgear Nighthawk AC3200 R8000 router unable to use Seagate USB Hard Drive
I set up my router, have it working pretty good in terms of speeds and range. One thing I cannot figure out is connecting my USB 3.0 hard drive to the 3.0 USB port on the router. The goal is to have it recognized on the network and accessable on any laptop on the network in order to transfer files easily.
The hard drive I am using is a Seagate Expansion 2TB drive (NAAS9AMV). It is formatted as NTFS. I cannot get the drive to be recognized on the app, or router settings, and I cannot figure out why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
