Netgear Nighthawk ax 5400 NEW SETUP - Not hitting GIGABIT speeds on WIFI but is on hardwire Connecti

Just received my new router and having download speed problems on my iphone 11 pro....With my old TP LINK AC1200 I would get around 620mb/s on wifi but im only getting around 200mb/s with my RAX43 on 5ghz connection.  I hardwired my pc to the RAX43 and im getting 950mb/s, almost full gigabit speeds.  

I tried RESET and there was a firmware update but that didnt do the trick, still stuck on 200mb/s.  Is there something in the setting where I can fix this? Is there a cap somewhere? I know this cant be right when my older TP LINK AC Router gave me over 600mb/s.

Someone please help as I really want to keep this router.
