Netgear Prosave VPN Client License Number to Activate Software

I looked everywhere for the license number for this product, but I must have thrown it away. How can I get a license number for this product so that I can activate the software?  ON: 0238638

I'd also try contacting support. the support forums are people from the public helping others out. there's a rare mod on here and waiting on them to see your post could take a while.
