Netgear R7000 Web Interface Not Loading

I've had a Netgear R7000 router for a while, and I've only started having this issue recently.

Whenever I try to access the web interface, it just sits there loading forever. If I restart the router, then the interface works for maybe an hour or two and then stops responding again. I'm connected directly through ethernet to the router's built in switch.

If I try going to routerlogin.com or routerlogin.net, it redirects me to this page.

This happens for any device I try it on.

       Firmware version?  Connected to what?

"access" how?  From what?  Connected how?  Which browser?  URL?

That's usually a DNS problem; not fatal if the router's LAN IP
    address works.

Briefly, the idea is that "[www.]routerlogin.net" (or ".com") should
point to your own router, but that's true only if you use your own
router for DNS name resolution.  (Or, if the Netgear router can
intercept your DNS queries.)  Regardless, you should be able to get to
the thing using its (LAN) IP address, if you can determine (or guess)
that.  Normally, that would be something like "192.168.1.1" (for a plain
router) or "192.168.0.1" (for a modem+router), but it could be
different.  ("10.0.0.1" is a typical alternate, for example.)

A new complication arises if your web browser uses "DNS over HTTPS"
(and some real-world DNS server directly).  In that case, those
"routerlogin" names will typically take you to that misleading/useless
Netgear error page.  Specifying the IP address (instead of a
"routerlogin" name) should work, but there are some exotic cases where
you might need to disable "DNS over HTTPS" in your browser.

I'm not sure what the firmware model is and it's hard to check because I have to restart the router to find out, but last time i did that and went to the interface was about a week ago and it said it was fully up to date.

I'm accessing it through it's ip (192.168.1.1) and it doesn't respond on any browser on any device
