Netgear RT R7000

Question

Hi, could you please advise me....is the r7000 router the same as the Nighthawk r7000? I am wanting to set up a VPN on a new router, Express VPN recommend the Nighthawk r7000 but my local store has the r7000. I assume they are one and the same router and thus should be okay to buy and install Express VPN on. Thanks for any advice.
