Netgear Router R8500 - Firmware Version V22.214.171.124 - 2.4GHZ will not always connect
I have a Nighthawk R8500 Firmware Version V126.96.36.199. When I do a speed test on my 2.4GHz I am getting a download speed of 5.4Mbps on average and I get an error when it gets to Upload speed stating "Could Not Connect". I am unable to get different devices to connect to the 2.4GHz. This includes but not limited to Iphone X, Cannon Printer, Blink Security System, ACER Laptop, and Sony TV. The router is over a year old and this happens on a regular basis. Eventually after fighting with the device for weeks, I'll get them to connect until they disconnect again on their own. I should note the printer, Blink and Sony TV only will work on 2.4GHz, so going over to 5g is not an option. I've rebooted my router, I've reset my router back to factory settings, and I left my router unplugged for a day and nothing seems to be working.
My 5g works perfectly fine with uploads of 53 Mbps and downloads of 250 Mbps.
Now to top everything off, I can't even get into my routerlogin.net screen. I'm about to get rid of my Netgear and go with another brand that hopefully will have better connection.

Have you tried to adjust the wireless channel on the 2.4 ghz? Also have you tried to factory reset the router and set it up again?
