Netgear WN3000RPv3 as an Extender

Hi,

I have the above extender & its setup and connected to the Router but only my mobile phone can connect to it my PC says "Can't connect to this network"

 

I've clicked on update f/w via the internet, still no go, I may try manually downloading firmware?

Has anyone else encountered this issue please?

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

    If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.

    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
