Netgear c7000 internet led off
Hi All,
My router/modem combo internet led is off. The power, upstream, and downstream are solid green. The internet led is off and the 2.4 and 5 lights are blinking. I am unable to connect to wifi and through Ethernet cord. Xfinity says everything on their side is fine and they can’t even connect to the modem; it says offline. Any troubleshooting tips?

Try disconnecting the coax from the C7000. Then push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
Then reconnect the coax and reboot it. See if you can use it.
this factory resets it.

Try a 30/30/30 reset.
disconnect the coax from it.
push and hold reset for 30 seconds while it powered on.
power it off and continue holding reset for another 30 seconds
power it on while continuing to help reset for another 30 seconds
If that doesn't help, you might have a hardwire failure. Is it still within warranty?
