Netgear lack of follow

I am not surpised. Earlier I posted " netgear support" as unresponsibly slow in responsing to resolve failures and support issues. After posting my displeasure, I rec'd a message that someone would contact me asap. one week later, I received an email requesting contact information.......I responsed immediately.  Two week later.....no response.
