Netgear r9000 PLEX media server problem
I have set up my Plex Server on my R9000 with a WD Mybook 4TB drive. I have two issues. The first is the most recent where my Plex Libraries appear as normal but when I try to play a media file It says "Please check the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted." I can access the files through Readyshare no problem. The second issue is when the file are accessable and I'm watching a movie, I will get a message that the connection is too slow, then the server is completely inaccessable.

Re: Netgear r9000 PLEX media server problem
Hello @AzorAhai
Welcome to the community!
Do you have the latest firmware installed on the R9000?
Did you factory reset the router after firmware update? If not, kindly do so then reconfigure and observe your connection.
Have you tried using the other USB port?
