My granddaughter got a new Chromebook from her school for virtual learning. The one she had previously connected just fine to my Netgear09 router. The new Chromebook does not find any internet signal available. Viasat reset everything but it still can’t find router. What are my options? HELP please.

Have you tried to change the wireless channel on the router and search for the wifi again?
