Nightgear router
I just bought this the first of the month. It won't access some pages until I reload the page several times. I get the error message this site cant' be reached. It also won't load some images the first time. I have to keep reloading the page.
Support hasn't been that helpful. Any ideas?

Re: Nightgear router
What firmware are you on?
Many users have been reporting issues with the newest firmware and DNS issues.
If you try rolling the firmware back a version and disabling auto-updates (until a newer version) might help.
Try that.

Re: Nightgear router
I'd try rolling back a single version to version 1.0.4.118

Re: Nightgear router
After three weeks of trying everything and multiiple calls to Netgear and rolling back firmware version as suggested, nothing helped. I talked to over six agents and three promised to call me back and was escalating my problem......three different reps mind you said that. I finally put my old router back and everything worked like a charm. I am returning this router.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Does this happen with all of your connected devices?

Re: Nightgear router
I use Charter with its cable modem. And yes, all my devices were having lag.
Anyway, I am done .....three weeks and multiple hours of on the phone and Netgear couldn't fix the problem. They were starting to nit pic......like is it plugged in to the wall directly and is your computer old. I was just done.
