Nighthawk AC1750 5G band doesn't show up on any device

  • Netgear Nighthawk AC1750 purchased a few weeks ago
  • 5g Band is fully setup. I've used it several times. However, past few days, the 5G band no longer appears on any of my devices like it doesn't even exist
  • My gaming PC can't connect to the 5G band at all. I get the error "Can't connect to this network" even though the 2.4G with the same password works just fine
    • I've done a network reset on my PC, forget the 5g and try to reconnect... nothing works

Is my router bad?

Have you changed the SSID of the 5ghz? Have you made sure the option to hide the network isn't checked?
