Nighthawk AC1900 Model R7000 - can't install firmware

I just purchased the Nighthawk AC1750 router and in trying to install it, when I launch the browser and go to either www.routerlogin.net or www.routerlogin.com, a login window does not display.  I have cleared out my cache and this does not help.  Any thoughts?

Hi Acesbb,

Check the IP address of your computer. If you can see the default gateway address, use that address to access the UI. For example 192.168.1.1.
