I have been trying for hours using the Virgin SH in modem mode and cat 5 cable from the closest port to the Coax to the red port on the nighthawk.
The wizard will not work and I am not able to navigate to www.roterlogin.net.
But if I put in 10.0.0.1 I can access the interface although it always states network not connected.
It seems to give my PC and ip address 10.0.0.3 but I am not able to surf the web.
If I put the virgin SH in normal mode Iam able to access the wizard via www.routerlogin.net but the wizard always fails.
Again I get an IP address but am not able to surf the net.
PLEASE HELP

Hi mrsparks1990,
Disconnect the R7000 from the modem and access routerlogin.
Check the firmware version. Update it if it's not on the latest firmware.
Reset the router.
