Nighthawk AC1900 / R6900P Low Speed
I am getting roughly 100mbps from my modem, but only 20mbps from the router. The modem/internet service is provided by Spectrum. Spectrum rep said to try channels 6(?), 4, 11 for 2.4ghz, and 49(?), 153, 143 for 5.0ghz. I have tried those channels in the router settings with no luck. Any help is appreciated.

By chance do you have QOS activated?
If so I would suggest turning that off and test again.

What modem are you using from spectrum? (model)
Firmware on your router?
What speeds do you get if you hardwire into the router? Not wireless speeds as those are dependant on the device testing with
Are you using smart connect?
What device are you testing your wireless speeds with?
Have you speedtested both 2.4ghz and 5ghz speeds? 2.4ghz is much slower than 5ghz but penetrates further and through more materials.
What do you get for 2.4?
5ghz?
