Nighthawk AC1900 R700

Ich habe im Jahr 2015 einen Nighthawk AC1900 R7000 Smart Wifi Router gekauft.

Ich habe über die Netgear-Nighthawk-App ein Update eingespielt.

Er startete auch neu – aber dann konnte ich mich nicht mehr einloggen.

Er hat auch keine Internetverbindung – das Netzwerk wird aber angezeigt.

Was kann ich tun?

Ich kann mich nicht mehr einloggen – da ich ja keine Internetverbindung habe.

What firmware did you install? 

What are all the led's on it doing? (color, blinking, solid)

Have you tried a factory reset and re-install? push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.

Ich habe NetgearGenie installiert. Ich kann mich aber nicht einloggen.

Ich habe es auch über Firefox probiert (http://routerlogin.net und http://192.168.0.1) – leider kann ich mich auch da nicht einloggen. 

(Vor dem Update war das kein Problem)!

Reset habe ich auch schon probiert!

Folgende LED-Leuchten sind an (siehe Bild)!

what modem/gateway are you connecting it to? 

are you able to ping the router?

disconnect the router from whatever gateway you have it connected to. 

then connect a windows pc to it, pull up a command prompt and type ipconfig

use the default gateway to access/ping the device

Ich kann das leider nicht. Der Router hängt an einer DMZ!
