Nighthawk AC1900 doesn’t work. The light on the far left is blinking a white light.

Nighthawk AC1900 router it is not working. The light on the far left is blinking and white . I have tried the reset button as well as disconnecting all the plugs and putting them back in again . Any help or suggestions appreciated. I’ve only had the router 16 months.
