Nighthawk AC2300 R7000P - is undiscoverable in wifi devices. Help!?

Support helped me change my channel via wireless Netgear Genie. 2nd day I havent experienced this problem so looking to be resolved...

Firmware on router?

if its only on the dell computer and not the other devices it could be the wifi driver on the dell. Check to see if the wifi driver is the latest. I know the intel drivers have been having issues of late.  Again if its only this one device and all your other devices can see the wifi, I'd be more inclined to believe its the dell causing the issues. You could search google for that specific wifi card to see if there's been issues.

Thanks but tried and I have the latest installed. Im reading this may be common with Windows 10... Live Chat not cutting the mustard... dropping out and always seem to be #2 in line...
