I installed R7000P yesterday after having a 900 for mega years for better speed/upgrade suggested by my provider. I worked with Netflix for some time, then the Provider for over 2 hours and could not get connectivity with this Netgear73 router nor with AmazonPrime or iHeart as I had before. Am I going to have to buy an external Roku since this router won't connect to my Netflix on my Vizio TV. Additionally, to make it clear, my granddaughter's Samsung connected just fine with the new router, is this a Vizio problem and not Netgear? Thanks!

Found online how to reconfig my IP numbers via VIZHDTV.com, now works perfect. Next to get my HISENSE smartTV accessed to Netflix.

What firmware is on the R7000p?
Are you using smart connect? Try disabling this feature to see if it'll allow you to connect then.
Have you tried changing wifi channels?
The manual walks you through changing wifi channels and turning off smart connect.
