I inadvertently unplugged this device when moving some equipment around. I plugged it back in and I thought it would just reboot but it hasn't.
I've been trying to go through the program on my phone but it stops me at the administrative password. I put in the password that I gave them but it's not being excepted and when I try to link to the "forgot password" it won't work.
