Nighthawk R6700 Restart loop

I have the lasted firmware installed on the Nighthawk R6700. The router has a solid orange on the power light. After a light a minute the router restarts and keeps on running through the same cycle. Power Cycle doesn't fix anything. Reset doesn't do anything and the 30-30-30 doesn't do anything either. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to fix the problem? This started to happen when I set the router to repeater mode with the same SSID as my ISP ssid.
