Nighthawk R6900P Ports Stopped Working
I purchased the Nighthawk AC1900 R6900P last February and have not had any issues with it until today. I suddenly lost internet connection throughout my house and noticed that the internet light and all of the port lights on the router were not lit up. I tried resetting the router by disconnecting power as well as the paper clip method. I also tried connecting directly to the router and logging into it, but it would not go to the login page. I tried a different power supply, different ethernet cables, and it still does not work. I hooked up an old router I had to verify that the ISP was up and it is working. I contacted support and they walked me through all of the steps I had already tried. The rep assured me if I purchased an extended warranty that they would be able to fix it. My router is still covered under factory warranty, but they won't let me send it back. To summarize, the router shows no connection at any port.

Many people google for netgears support line. The results you get off google are scam/con sites. They usually get you on extended warranties or remote login setups.
To contact netgear support, you need to go through the "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and then you can register your device. From there you can contact support and/or start an rma process. Keep in mind that there is only 90 days of free support but you can RMA for up to year for warranty repair.
did you try a recovery using tftp?
If you try this, make sure you enable tftp from within windows.
