Nighthawk R7000 - Fritz Fernzugang geht seit Routerwechsel nicht mehr

Liebe Community,

ich habe ein Problem bzgl. des Verbindens via VPN zu dem Netzwerk meiner Firma.

Ich habe zu Weihnachten einen meinen neuen Router Nighthawk R7000 bekommen. Dieser ist hinter ein Kabelmodem von Vodafone geschaltet. Ich habe nun das Problem, dass der bereits fertig konfigurierte und davor mit dem alten Router D-LINK DIR-615 funktionierende VPN Zugriff über Fritz Fernzugang nicht mehr funktioniert.

Ich habe getestet, wie es sich verhält, wenn ich mein Handy als mobilen Hotspot nehme, Ergebnis: VPN-Zugriff funktioniert. Das heißt im Umkehrschluss, dass das Problem in meinem LAN liegt und da bleibt dann eigentlich nur der Router übrig.

Allerdings möchte ich noch kurz anmerken, dass ich auch ein neues Kabelmodem erhalten habe, da ich von einer 100er-auf eine 200er-Leitung gewechselt habe, vermute allerdings nicht, dass das Kabelmodem hier eine Rolle spielt.

Was ich bisher getan habe: NAT-Typ auf offen gestellt, Port Forwarding für Ports 500, 1701 und 1723 gesetzt, VPN-Service im Router aktiviert (obwohl das ja eigentlich nur für den VPN-Zugriff auf mein Heimnetzwerk von Relevanz sein sollte). Erfolgreich war kein Ansatz.

Habt ihr noch einen Lösungsansatz?

Sooo... My provider changed my public IP back to an IPv4 address et voilá - it's working again. Problem solved. Thanks for my reading my monologue

Talked to my cable provider and seems like they deassigned my public IPv4 adress and changed it to IPv6 when I got my new modem. Due to system problems on their side they only can change it back tomorrow. Hopefully this will eliminate all problems.
