I tried to do the firmware update and it looks like it failed. I can’t access the web portal nor can I update the firmware manually. It gets to about 50% and Fails The router is only eight months old And it looks like the firmware has crashed it. Any ideas on how to manually update from my computer to the router. I did reset to default she’s not working
