Nighthawk R7000p no internet connection

Hi guys, so I set this router up 4 months ago (can't remember how I did it either). I was told to reset it by my internet provider which has led to no internet connection on the router login website aswell as a constant orange light for the internet.

I've tried manually setting it up, I inserted the details given by my service provider but nothing seems to be working. Is anyone able to help me out?

I think that ONT needs vlan enabled. I've seen a couple posts about it.

What modem/gateway are you connecting it to?

You look at what you're plugging the router into that supplies an internet connection. There should be a label on it.

So I'm plugging it into a fibre box (pictured below) for its internet connection

Mind posting who the isp is and what vlan id you used? That way if someone else runs into this issue, they know what settings you used to get it to connect.

My service provider is spark (completely useless when it came to this modem sadly)

I followed the 2nd link and made no changes just literally literally what it says and it fixed it
