Nighthawk R7800

My ring doorbell has been working fine for the last two years and now they will not connect to my router. I have tried to connect to another different router(Specturm) at my daughters house they do connect and work fine but they will not connect to my Nighthawk R7800 anymore can anyone help me?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

How do you have the wifi configured on the R7800?

What channels are you using? 

Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz

Is WMM and Beamforming enabled?

Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

They were enabled and I disabled them and tried again and nothing I also rebooted the router and it did not work

Temporarily disable WPA security on the router. Does the device connect to the open SSID broadcast at all? 

Re-enabled WPA and AES after checking this.

Done it and it did not work. I really don't know what is happening

Hi @Jzamora, to confirm, it also doesn't connect to an open (security disabled) network?
