Nighthawk R7900P Doesn't broadcast WIFI after power outage

Last night my power went out for about 30 seconds, and once everything was done rebooting (PC, modem, router, etc.) the only thing that wouldn't work was the WiFi on the router. I went into the configuration and nothing had changed. This was also before the latest firmware update. I have tried rebooting all connected devices multiple times and in different orders, as well as put the router into Access Point and Bridge modes and still nothing. However, while the wifi is not working, my hardwired connections are still running perfectly. Each WiFi network is enabled and set to broadcast its SSID with the appropriate security, but the device summary is still saying the individual wifi networks are disabled/not working with either a yellow caution sign or red X.

Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

did the wifi on/off button get hit? 

Push and hold the hardware button on the router for wireless for 2 seconds.

Already did that. All LEDs are lit up like they're supposed to.

Try a simple factory reset and reinstall?

Already done twice. I can not find a single reason in terms of hardware or software why my wifi is not working.

The only other thing I could recommend trying would be to reinstall the firmware on it or try a downgraded version. 

Maybe somethings corrupt in the firmware. A factory reset only clears out settings. A full firmware reinstall would be needed to overwrite bad firmware.

I tried updating the router with a hotfix and downgraded the firmware to three different versions. Still nothing.

Then you've exhausted most options. 

Is it still within warranty?
