Nighthawk R8000 WiFi issue

Hello.,
I’ve had this router for about a month. I have ATT 1000 service , and the nighthawk is set up for wireless pass through to manage my WLAN. It has worked fine for about a month, however as of yesterday the speeds have dropped precipitously (~250 MB to sub 40) with drops/lapses in wireless coverage. I can hardly load any websites without the connection timing out.

My PC connected to the gateway directly gets ~430 down.
I have firmware 1.4.1.30
I have QOS turned off (tried cycling, didn’t help)
I’ve changed the cat 6 cable connecting the router to the ATT gateway.
I’ve reset the router to factory.

Any advice would be appreciated, I can’t figure out why I’m getting such bad performance for no apparent reason.

Looks like you have done about everything other then return and get a different router from a different vendor.
