While trying to troubleshoot an intermittent network connection issue, I discovered that my router time is wrong (out by half an hour). I tried to set it but my timezone is not available (GMT +9.5). GMT+9 or +10 is available.
Firmware is old (V1.0.2.44_1.0.96) but before I upgrade it I'd be keen to know if later versions provide this timezone (if that's where it is provided that is). I don't like to upgrade just for the sake of it.
I understand not wanting to upgrade the firmware "just to update it" but you're 16 versions out of date.
I'm not a huge fan of the armor upgrade (since it seemed to cause more problems than it fixed) but there was quite a few performance and bug fixes in there. it might not fix your timezone issue but it might help with your other issues.
If you do upgrade, I'd recommend doing it over a hardwired connect, doing a factory reset afterwards, and then a clean install. I wouldn't recommend installing from a backup just because you're so many versions behind an obsolete setting could cause issues.
