Nighthawk R8000 retrieve username and password 401 error
I am trying to sign in to my account on http://www.routerlogin.net to get the hotfix for the Nighthawk R8000, but can't recall my username and password. I watched Netgear's YouTube video on how to retrieve it, which seems very simple. It instructs you to click on Cancel on the login dialog box, but when I do that, I get a 401 error message. Can anyone help me figure out how to retrieve this information?
