Nighthawk R8000 wont boot after firmware upgrade

Hi!

After i upgrade to latest FW from my phone. When the router tried to boot it stays in the boot up.
The power led is orange no amber or nothing solid orange light.
After a few sec the WPS light then all leds turns on. Then it goes back to power led orange.
And nothing more happens. Seems to looping this stage.

I i have put cable in port 1 and i dont get any IP from it. on my laptop.
If i set a static ip as 192.168.1.2 and tries to ping the router (192.168.1.1)
i get 1 ping repons thru then is rejected for like 2-3 mins, then 1 ping gets thru.
and cant access the page for it.

I can see on the led for port 1 it has some activity.
Have tried to hold the reset button on boot up and 10-15 sec when its on.
But the router wont let me in to it.

Is there a another way to get this router back in business?

Have tried search this forum for a fix but cant find it.
here is a exemple from CMD:

Which version was "latest"?  Using a wired connection for this might
      be more reliable.

In this context, the difference between "orange" and "amber" is very
         small.

I wouldn't bet on anything, but I'd try running the TFTP command at
different points in the cycle, in the hope of finding the thing in a
receptive state at some lucky time.

So, you found some "Upgrade Firmware" program somwehere?  I'd expect
you to get better control over what happens when, if you used the
      command-line TFTP program.

I tried for like 2hours last night and didnt get lucky. Will try to use a USB-TTL cabel and use the serial connection to see if i can stop the booting process and get the TFTP server to respond.
