How come every time I click to update the firmware of my router it keeps saying that the new firmware version cannot be found and it’s error within the Nighthawk App? Thank you very much all in advance!
check what firmware you have on your router. You can always check for firmware updates on the netgear.com website under "support" just type in the model number and look for the firmware updates and download it. I suggest if you update manually do it wired with a laptop. On the website you can download the updates.
